Priced to sell quickly this 2010 three cabin Sun Odyssey 44i is pure sailing pleasure. Philippe Briand and Jeanneau combined their talents to achieve a blend of technical strength, comfort and performance. From any angle, her elegant lines and spacious interior and cockpit are eye catching.

This vessel is well optioned and has been well maintained. She features: a three cabin layout with a spacious owner’s cabin with private head and shower; two additional double cabins with an additional head and shower. The saloon and galley areas are large, and come loaded with everything to please the chef in us all, including large volumes of refrigeration, including a separate freezer. The large saloon table drops down to provide an additional double berth if required. The cabin is fitted with a late model Samsung flat-screen and a Bose speaker system.

The cockpit on the 44i is a real standout due to the large area available. The twin helm design and walk through transom provides an excellent cockpit experience. In addition to the spray dodger and Bimini, there is a full set of camper covers which provides 100% cover in bad weather or when in stowage.

Equipment on board includes: Bow thruster, autopilot and Raymarine navigation equipment. All the rigging has been checked and is in good condition. Power is provided by an economical low hour 75hp Yanmar diesel which powers the vessel via shaft and a three bladed propeller.

Book your inspection as this vessel is priced to sell and is great value. The vessel is currently commercially registered (2C and 4C) but is not working commercially, so can either go into a commercial operation or be transferred into private use.
