020 - Nantucket Islander 33

This long running and well-run Nantucket 33 syndicate is fully owned and managed by the syndicate owners. The boat is well maintained and continually upgraded including a Yanmar diesel and standing rigging and sails over the past couple of years, plus more. Here is your opportunity to purchase one of ten equal syndicate shares which provides the most affordable sailing I have seen in the Whitsundays. Hamilton Island, Hayman Island, Daydream Island and Airlie Beach awaits.

The Nantucket 33 sleeps five with a large aft double cabin, additional forward cabin, a fully equipped galley, hot and cold water, and internal electric toilet and shower. A near new Yanmar inboard diesel provides the power, and all the rigging and sails are in good condition. The vessel was slipped and antifouled in 2020. A tender with 2019 Mercury outboard is included.

Everything is provided as part of the syndicate including cutlery and bedding. All you need to supply is food and refreshments. This is by far the cheapest access to four weeks annual sailing around the beautiful Whitsundays islands you will find anywhere. Annual fees are only $2,800.00. There is no lock in periods meaning you can buy and sell when you like with no penalties. A copy of the by-laws governing the syndicate is available upon request. Remarks	Syndicate share No's: There’s a total of ten shares in the syndicate and the vendor is selling one whole share. The number of the share being sold is known as number Eight (8). Annual Syndicate Fees: The annual syndicate fees are $2,800.00 per annum inclusive of taxes and charges. Fees are invoiced to the share owner in two equal parts in June and December each year. Please note: At the time of settlement, a fee will be calculated for the remainder portion of the syndicate fees which have already paid for by the vendor, for the share which is being transferred to the purchaser. Share Usage Rights: The owner of one share is entitled to four (4) weeks usage of the vessel per calendar year. Note: A maximum of (3) three of the four (4) weeks can be booked in the July to December months inclusive.
