Dufour 45E Performance

AU$295,000.00

This 2009 Dufour 45E Performance yacht delivers a mix of coastal cruiser and club racer with all the creature comforts of home in one package. With only two-owners and always being a private vessel, she has been well maintained.

The galley and saloon are both roomy with excellent natural light. The dining table design is excellent as it folds in half to accommodate six and folds out to double the size for up to ten. The galley is fully equipped with gas cooking, double door fridge, good storage, and lots of bench space.

The boat is equipped with three good sized double cabins. The forward owners cabin features a semi-island double and ensuite. The other doubles are aft, and there is additional toilet and shower.

Up top there is a large walk-through cockpit with a modern fold-down transom. Deck gear includes electric winches, a compliant life raft, tender and outboard. A low hour 54hp Volvo Penta provides the power, and there is a Bow Thruster for docking convenience, and a water maker for the longer passages. Power is on hand with solar panels and a wind generator, and a B&G and Raymarine navigation package including autopilot is fitted. The rigging is all good (certificate provided) and there is an excellent sail wardrobe included.

The vessel was slipped and antifouled in February 2018 so she is ready for her next adventure.
