The syndicate owners also swap between each other by agreement. Interview Requirement: As per the requirements of the syndicate by-laws, potential purchasers will undergo two interviews by current syndicate owners, one being the vendor of the share being sold, plus one additional share owner. The current syndicate owners can refuse the share being sold to be sold to a particular purchaser based on the outcome of these two interviews. Training Requirement: The purchaser of a share is required to undergo, at the purchaser's expense, a three day training program on the syndicate vessel before they are permitted to take out the vessel for the first time.
