This permit Permittee to conduct a TOURIST PROGRAM and or VESSEL CHARTERP PROGRAM in the Townsville / Whitsunday management areas for one x 35 metre vessel (maximum overall length), with a maximum passenger capacity of 24 passengers.

Allows for the following activities: swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, fish feeding, non-motorised water sports, passenger transport, and fishing, plus the provision of transport and services to persons other than tourists.
